For Domestic (US) returns, customer is responsible for a flat $5 return fee. Exchanges and returns for store credit are not subject to a return fee.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. They must be returned in their original packaging. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once or the tags have been removed it will not qualify for a return.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon carrier scan of return package. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or reverse refunds if products are not returned according to the return standards above.
